We ship using UPS ground service to keep cost down and delivery performance high.
For customers near New York, actual shipping transit time is generally two days;
for customers in the Midwest and Southeast, actual shipping transit time is generally 4 days;
for customers in the West, actual shipping transit time is generally 5 days.
Some larger and heavier products such as toilet seats and bath benches have a $4.00 or $6.00 oversize supplemental shipping charge added to the standard purchase price and noted in the product description. The correct shipping charge with the supplement is displayed in the checkout process. We feel it is fairest to all our customers to allocate the extra shipping cost directly to the products that incur them instead of raising all our standard shipping charges by spreading that extra cost.

If you are not pleased with the products you order, just call 973.305.0006 or 877.538.6568 or email customerservice@caregiverscloset.com and we will send a replacement or refund.
There are some items including anything related to hygiene that are not returnable, however if they arrive damaged we'll immediately help with replacement.
To ensure the fastest returns and credits, please call or email us to receive a return authorization number........this important step helps our receiving department immediately direct packages to the returns department and process.
