There are some items including anything related to hygiene that are not returnable. Of course it they arrive damaged we'll immediately help with replacement.

CareGiversCloset strives to ship all items within 3 business days and we don't process payment until your order ships. For internet orders, we can only accept payment with credit or debit card. Shipping transit time varies from 1 - 5 days depending on destination.
Some items such as hygiene and eating and feeding products are not returnable, (we can not in good conscience re-offer these as new items).
Periodically, items are out of stock and our website will not display correct inventory count. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, you will be notiifed as quickly as possible with updates so you can decide how you'd like us to handle your order. It is absolutely OK to ask us to remove items from an order or cancel an order. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll gladly accommodate your request.
