Flo-Trol Convalescent Feeding Cups are an easy to use, non spill drinking cup. Both style cups are ideal for persons who are lying down or have difficulty lifting the head to drink. They also work well for children learning to drink or any peson who needs a controlled low flow volume to drink independently.
The lid on the Flo-Trol Convalescent Feeding Cup has a small hole that is covered by a finger to control fluid flow through the shaped mouthpiece. The lid on the Flo-Trol Vacuum Feeding Cup has a soft rubber (contains latex) air release button that is pressed to release a small, controlled amount of liquid through the shaped mouthpiece. Learning how to use either cup is simple and intuitive. A controlled small flow of liquid is desirable for persons with dysphagia. A straw can be inserted through the opening in the mouthpiece if needed.
Graduations at 4, 6 and 8 oz allow easy fluid intake monitoring.
